EXERCISE: I rode my bike today for 10 minutes. I burned 147.8 kcal, and rode 2.5 miles. Then, because I had some time, I inflated all my Yamuna balls and used the black ball on my hamstrings. On the docket for this evening is picking out an Elevate Athens Yamuna routine with Michelle for tomorrow. I plan to ride the bike too–that’s the cornerstone of my workout routine.
DIET: I stayed on diet with breakfast. Lunch didn’t happen but I got a fruit cup from Chick-fil-a. I had a black bean bowl for dinner followed by fruit and almond butter.
ACCOUNTABILITY: So I took Heather to see Kat today for her tattoo. We told Kat about the incentive, for every 5 pounds I lose Heather is going to put $25 in a gift certificate for me. While initially Heather wanted to give me Ulta gift certificates, we settled on money towards my next tattoo. Kat loved it. She was like, what a great way to be accountable and have fun together and lose weight. The image I want to base my next tattoo off of follows:
