EXERCISE: I rode my bike, Sally, again this morning. I just did 10 minutes, burning 145.2 kcal, and riding 2.5 miles. I didn’t roll out my hamstrings like I have it down to do, and which would benefit my plantar fascia. I need to work that in. Part of the issue is that I need to inflate my Yamuna balls, and the pump is not with the balls. I hope the pump is where I think it is. So a little troubleshooting is needed to make Yamuna part of my exercise routine.
DIET: I ate all 3 meals on diet–with no snacking in between today! Last night I snacked on a banana, almond butter, and a glass of almond milk before bed. I may end up doing the same snack tonight. I probably had too many carbs tonight for dinner. There was the whole wheat tortilla, with brown rice, followed by 4 baby red potatoes.
