Ride, Sally, Ride

EXERCISE: I rode my stationary bike, Sally 2.8 miles. I burned 163.2 kcal, riding for 11 minutes. I am focusing on maintaining a faster “resting” pace, 15 mph instead of 12 mph. This is helping me burn more calories over the course of the ride. Plus up-ing my speed during the sprints.

DIET: Breakfast: A kale-romaine-banana-blueberry-almond milk-flax seed smoothie. Lunch: 3 bean salad, banana and almond butter. Dinner: spinach and romaine salad with Eat-to-Live balsamic vinaigrette and the last of the 3-bean salad. Dessert: an orange. Late night snack: banana and almond butter with almond milk. All on diet except the snack–I’m not supposed to have any snacks on this diet.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Y’all are keeping me honest!
