Another week, another pound

WEIGH IN: Today I weighed in at 277.7 pounds. That’s 1 pound less than last week and 5.2 pounds since I started this diet! That means I’ve won my first $25 towards my next tattoo! Woot!

EXERCISE: I rode Sally today. We went 2.8 miles, burned 164.3 kcal, over 11 minutes. This week I would like to start riding for 15 minutes. In order to build the habit I’m not going to push my speed in the last 5 minutes, just see if I can add on the time and make it a habit. There’s plenty of time to do sprints and standing once I make the habit of biking 15 minutes.

ACCOUNTABILITY: I have added Weigh In as a recurring task on my To Do List app, Todoist. This helped me stay on task this evening as I was logging my day, and not go right into grocery shopping.

DIET: Today I stayed on diet for breakfast and dinner. Because I had a late breakfast (noonish) I didn’t get hungry for lunch and I ended up skipping it. After dinner I made Citrus-Sage Mocktails. This involved a cup of honey (so not on diet). But as the syrup made up only 2 oz of the 18 oz mocktail I may partake. These are for the hike in Otto to see the Stewardia ovata in bloom on Sunday.
