15 minutes on Sally

EXERCISE: I rode Sally, my stationary bike for 15 minutes today, my stated intention from yesterday! I burned 216.4 kcal, riding 3.8 miles! My Apple Music playlist started off really good, playing Summertime by Michael Franti, then following that up with some Nine Inch Nails. I pushed myself a little harder in the last 5 minutes of the ride than I had planned to do. I definitely got my heart rate up and I was still sweating an hour later.

DIET: I stayed on diet for breakfast. As I slept in today I skipped lunch. I had a spoonful of sour cream on my Tex-Mex bowl today, which was tasty but unnecessary since Mom shared her avocado with me. I have been snacking on fruit and almond butter for dessert. While both are permitted on my diet, I think I’m eating too much almond butter. I’m only allowed 1/4 cup of nuts a day.
