Stewardia ovata blossoms

DIET: Breakfast was on diet. I ate lunch at Henry’s in Clayton GA with friends. I had a salad, which was on diet. But then I had 3 veggies that were not completely on diet, being salty, cooked with ham, or fried. Dinner I ate here at home. I’m still working through the rice and beans from dinner on last Thursday, I had them in a bowl topped with non-dairy cheese, cherry tomatoes, and avocado. I had a snack of chocolate mousse that Cierra made with on diet ingredients. I may have a snack tonight before sleeping.

EXERCISE: I had time to ride Sally this morning. I burned 141 kcal, riding 2.4 miles, for 10 minutes. In addition I got to hike around Jack’s Otto property, climbing a hill at the end that was steep. My quads were burning and I got short of breath on that hill.

ACCOUNTABILITY: I told Heather I made it to 5.2 pounds total that I have lost. She was excited and said she would check in on the blog. This blog is keeping me honest y’all!
