EXERCISE: I rode Sally for 15 minutes today before breakfast. I burned 220.8 kcal, over a distance of 3.8 miles. Woot! Now if I can just add 0.2 miles to make it an even 4 miles in 15 minutes. Or, hey, just maintain the 3.8!
DIET: I stayed on diet today. I had a chocolate smoothie sweetened with dates for breakfast. I skipped lunch as I had a late breakfast. Then I made a marinara sauce with Italian seasoning, kidney beans, and corn. I served it over cabbage with a yummy topping of no-dairy mozzarella cheese. I had fruit and almond butter for dessert.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Sharing about my cheats yesterday helped me stay on diet today.
