Disappointed

WEIGH-IN: I did my second weigh-in today. I fully expected to loose another 3 pounds. To my dismay I have only lost 1.1 pounds this week. At least things are still moving in the right direction. Overall I have lost 4.2 pounds. Not enough to earn a reward from my friend–for that I have to loose 5 pounds. But enough to keep trudging along.

EXERCISE: Yesterday I didn’t make it onto the bike. I had an early start, as I went to the Tattered Writer’s small group meet up at 9. So I didn’t make it onto the bike before breakfast. I had a busy full day, and by the time I had a free moment all I wanted to do was rest and read. So I didn’t make it onto the bike before dinner, nor after dinner either. Luckily I’m up early this morning and I plan to get on the bike before breakfast.

DIET: Yesterday I had the most amazing vegan dinner! I made a salad and some balsamic dressing. Cierra made vegan enchiladas and a succotash. Mom made a fruit salad. It was all delicious! And more or less on diet. For Breakfast I had a chocolate almond smoothie, all on diet. And for lunch I had a burrito with real cheese. However I ordered dairy-free cheese so I can get back on track with my burritos and quesadillas.
