EXERCISE: I got on the bike again before breakfast today. I burned 124.9 kcal, biked 2.1 miles, all in 10 minutes! The best part though was that I dreamt I was hanging out with Five Eight, then my phone played a favorite tune of theirs while I was biking!
DIET: I’m going to keep the almond butter. A couple of Eat to Live recipes call for it, and it is a good snack, not that I’m supposed to be snacking on this diet. Also, my “toxic hunger” seems to be receding. I had a quesadilla for lunch and so far I’ve skipped dinner and I don’t feel terribly hungry. I plan to eat a banana and some almond butter in a little bit.
ACCOUNTABILITY: People in my network are following this blog. 2 of them today asked if there were more posts and I indicated that yes, there were. This is keeping me accountable more than anything.
