EXERCISE: I did it! I biked for 10 minutes before breakfast! I burned 127.3 kcal, and biked 2.2 miles.
DIET: I stuck to the diet for breakfast and dinner 100%! But at lunch I had fruit and some almond butter with palm oil in it. I think I am prolonging my agony, my toxic hunger symptoms, by having off-diet foods. Therefore I’m going to gift Cierra and Heather the peanut and almond butters, as I can’t seem to stay away from them when they are in the house.
I had another Summer Slushie from a recipe from Herbal Academy. For a sweetener I diced up some dates and soaked them in hot water with the rest of the herbs. It’s 1 T lavender, 1 handful of fresh mint, 3 slices of lemon, steeped in 3 C boiling water. Let sit until room temperature then strain and chill. Serve over crushed ice.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Knowing that I have to report in to you helps to keep me on the straight and narrow. It helps me see my behavior around almond butter and know that I can’t have those foods in my home.
