EXERCISE: I didn’t get on my bike today. Not once. I overslept my alarm, sleeping 13 hours and 42 minutes today. So it was a rush to get out the door to meet a friend. Then the day just got away from me, and I’m still tired from going to see the Stewardia ovata in bloom yesterday.
DIET: I ate on diet for breakfast. I didn’t eat lunch, partly due to having a late breakfast. For dinner I added sour cream (not on diet) to my bowl of black beans and rice. I finally ate all of the black beans so tomorrow I’ll make a marinara with kidney beans over steamed cabbage.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Y’all are at least keeping me honest, even if I cheat on the diet and exercise here and there. It helps me see where my weaknesses are.
