EXERCISE: I rode Sally, my bike, before breakfast again today. I biked 2.7 miles, burning 157.3 kcal, in 12 minutes. Then, less than an hour later I did a Summer Yin yoga workout which had the effect of cooling me down from the sweat I had worked up while biking. Summer Yin is taught by Anna Guest Jelly, owner of Curvy Yoga. These pre-recorded yoga routines are what I use for yoga. My mother, Glenda, and my neighbor, Nell, usually join me on Sundays for yoga.
DIET: I ate a chocolate almond smoothie for breakfast today. I had a late breakfast around noon, due to sleeping in some. I skipped lunch, not being all that hungry. I ate two on diet burritos for dinner plus an orange. I drank more water than usual today too.
