DIET: I stayed on diet for breakfast and lunch. For dinner I went to Mama Ning’s with Mom, Heather, and Cierra. I had the Panang curry with tofu. I forgot to ask for the brown rice so the white rice was off diet. I also had veggie spring rolls as an appetizer–I was hungry! There may have been added sugar in the sauce with the veggie rolls. Upon returning home I had a banana for dessert. I successfully resisted chocolate raspberry cake, woot!
EXERCISE: I got on my bike after lunch today. First, I brought my Yamuna balls downstairs and I rolled out my hamstrings some using the black ball. Then I biked for 10 minutes. I burned 127.5 kcal, and biked 2.2 miles. I may need to adjust my protein intake as I build muscle.
ACCOUNTABILITY: I told my Tattered Writers group I had started this blog, and I told Heather, Cierra and Mom I had started this blog. But so far I haven’t shared the link with anyone but Ami. I am waiting for my Weekly Weigh In tomorrow before I share the link with anyone else.
