Weekly Weigh In

WEEKLY WEIGH IN: 279.8 lbs. I lost 3.1 lbs in my first week! Woot!

DAILY CHECK IN:

DIET: I adhered to the Eat to Live diet for breakfast and lunch. The tortilla wrap was the off-diet food in my quesadilla for dinner. I made more Detox Green Tea, this time with decaf green tea. So hopefully I will sleep better tonight.

EXERCISE: Today was a restful day and I did not get on my exercise bike, Sally.
