DIET: I complied with my diet for breakfast 100%, even remembering the flaxseed in my smoothie. I then made the Green Detox Tea, which was so tasty I had a second serving. The recipe came from one of the Eat to Live books, so even though it had caffeine (green tea) I felt it was on diet. Lunch, I had left over lasagna and then cheated and ate a small piece of leftover salmon. Dinner was all on diet with the exception of my spinach tortilla wrap. I had a quesadilla with spinach and black beans, rice, avocado dressing, and low-sodium salsa. Interestingly, the nearly unbearable grumbling of my hungry stomach is much better tonight. Whether that’s because I’m getting used to the diet or because I’m cheating on the diet I cannot say.
EXERCISE: I rode my bike for 10 minutes, burning 131 calories. I still forgot to roll out my hamstrings, so I need to move my Yamuna balls downstairs, by the bike.
ACCOUNTABILITY: I am keeping up with this blog so far, and staying honest. I have only given one person the link to the blog so far, and as she is busy I doubt she has accessed it. I am waiting until my Weekly Weigh In to share the blog with others.
