DIET:
Breakfast: Smoothie with arugula, romaine, bananas, blueberries. Forgot to add ground flaxseed
Lunch: leftover no- pasta lasagna
Dinner: Made quesadillas stuffing from red onion, black beans, spinach, and spices. Plus no-dairy mozzarella. Turns out the spinach wrap had trans-fat in it. I topped it with avocado dressing and low-salt salsa.
Dessert: half an apple and a tangerine
EXERCISE: 15 minutes on my stationary bike, burning 200+ calories. I need a name for my stationary bike–any suggestions?
I just went downstairs and snacked. I was feeling so hungry I couldn’t sleep. I had a glass of unsweetened almond milk and a handful of pecans. Ok, so it was slightly more than a handful of pecans. I hope this “toxic hunger” subsides soon!
